Manage your assets for more precise reporting:

Do you ever look up work orders that have been done in the past, but have to go hunting through books to find what you want?

  • Would you like to have a running history of any or all works carried out on your site within 2 minutes of searching?

  • BAMS is multi user enabled, and can easily handle 5 and up to 10 users (Depending on the speed of your network). 20 using Terminal Sever.

  • BAMS has no added user license fees

  • BAMS has no ongoing annual license fees.

  • BAMS is non-proprietary software so you are not limited to one company to make modifications or repairs.

Installation and Software Support

  • Access will run on Windows 98, XP, 2000, Server 2003, Windows Vista

  • MS Access is not required (Access runtime can be supplied)

  • The database has the basics to get going, but some customisation will be required to make your life easier for you.

  • To save a lot of data entry time for the set up some lists are needed

  • A list of contractors

  • A list of buildings

  • A list of assets (if you wish to track assets)

  • After installation further support and training can be done remotely over the internet
